    Late Arrival Policy

    Customers are asked to arrive on time.  A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted. Customers who arrive beyond the 10-minute grace period will be given a few options:

    • Use the remainder of your allotted time slot and no adjustment will be made to the session fee or remaining time in the session.

    • Reschedule for a later date within 30 days of the originally scheduled date. There will be a $20 re-booking fee.

    • If you choose to not reschedule, it is considered a cancellation and no refund will be given.

    Refund Policy

    Only refunds can be given if you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your session. Also note:

    To cancel your appointment and receive a refund you must either:

    • (1) send an email to,
    • (2) leave us a voicemail at 803-630-8144, or
    • (3) send a text message to 803-630-8144 no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    Absolutely no refunds if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment

    “No Show” Policy
    A customer is a “no show” if he/she fails to appear for their scheduled appointment.  They then will have the option to reschedule the appointment for another time within 30 days of the original scheduled appointment.
    If you do not show up for your appointment or reschedule, no refund will be given.


No refunds will be given if you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment start time.
